Lapstone Railway Works
A guided tour of the early railway works required to allow trains to climb the
Lapstone Hill from Emu Plains to Glenbrook. The first installation was the
Lapstone Zig Zag in 1867. This was replaced in 1892 by the ill fated
Lapstone Tunnel. This video was shot before recent walking track upgrades
and tunnel restoration.
