How to Install and Setup FTP Utility to Scan Documents to a Computer

This videos covers the steps to install FTP Utility on your computer to send documents from the copier.
Please follow the step by step instructions below.
1. Download the FTP Utility from our website @ www.fbmcopier.com
2. Under Download select "Utilities"
3. Click on "FTP Utility Setup"
4. Click on the link to start downloading. (Please download the file on the Desktop)
5. Now we'll create a folder where the scanned document will be saved.
6. From the desktop right click on the mouse and select "New" and "Folder"
7. Rename the folder by typing in "Scan"
8. Now install the FTP Utility by double clicking file thats been downloaded.
9. Click "Run"
10. Following sequence of click would get you through the installation. "Next", "Yes", "Next", "Next", "Finish"
11. You should have 2 new shortcuts on the desktop and run the "FTP Utility Settings" by double clicking.
12. Leave the "Port" as is.
13. Click "Browse" under Root Folder and search for the "Scan" folder you've created earlier. (Look under desktop if you're following this tutorial)
14. Leave the check mark on "anonymous"
15. Click "Ok"
16. Double click on "FTP Utility"
17. When you are asked by the windows for access through the firewall make sure to click on "Allow Access" This is very important since if not allowed you won't receive the scanned document from the copier.
18. On the Task bar to the bottom right the FTP Utility should be running and need to be on at all times to receive documents.
