How to create FTP Scan account on Canon IR Series Copy Machine

This video covers the process to setup the FTP send account on Canon IR series copy machine. Before you proceed make sure you have created a scan folder and installed FTP Utility. This is 1 of 2 methods to register the account which is done on the machine.
Please follow the step by step instructions below:
1. Make a note of the computer IP address.
2. From the copy machine Press the "Additional Functions" button on the control panel.
3. Select "Address Book Settings" on the touch screen
4. Select "One-touch Buttons"
5. Select an empty field (ex. *001, *002, *003, etc.) and select "Register/Edit"
6. Select "File"
7. One-touch Button Name: (ex. Scan1, Comp1) this will show on the send screen
8. Protocol: select "FTP"
9. Host Name: input the IP address of the computer (ex. 192.168.1.xxx)
10. File Path: input "/" (minus the quotes)
11. User: "anonymous" (minus the quotes)
12. Press "OK" and "Done" until you are on the copy screen.
13. Press "Send" on top of the screen and registered account is available for you to scan.
