How to create SMB Scan folder on desktop on Windows 7

This video covers the process to create a SMB scan folder on desktop on Windows 7.
Please follow the step by step instructions below.
1. Right click on the desktop and select "New" - "Folder" and name it Scan.
2. Right click on the Scan folder and select "Properties"
3. Select Sharing Tab (second tab from the top left)
4. Under Network File and Folder Sharing click on "Share..."
5. Click on the down arrow and select "Everyone" and click on "Add"
6. Click on the down arrow on permission level for Everyone and select "Read/Write"
7. And click on "Share" and "Done"
8. Under Advanced Sharing click on "Advanced Sharing..."
9. Click on the box to create a check in front of "Share this folder"
10. And click on "Permissions" and allow full control by creating a check on "Full Control" (All three boxes will be checked under allow for Full Control, Change, and Read)
11. Click "Apply" and "Ok"
12. Under Password Protection click on the blue Link (Text) "Network and Sharing Center"
13. All the features needs to be turned on except "Password Protected sharing" make sure to turn off the password protected sharing.
14. Do the same for (Home or Work, and Public) by using the arrows.
15. And click "Save Changes"
16. And "Close" the window and your done!
