KUWAIT @3350km (2Es FM DX radio)
97,5 MHz - RADIO KUWAIT received 4.06.2009 in Góra Kalwaria, POLAND via Sporadic E (E-Skip, a long distance, but short-living ionospheric propagation apperaing randomly in summer season). The distance is 3347km - it's my first double hop Sporadic E reception! Probably bounced off the Black Sea, which is in the mid-point.
I don't speak Arabic, but my attention was brought by the name "Kuwait" which was pronounced twice - as if it was a center figure of this speech (1:00), followed by mentioning of Saudi, Bahrain, Qatar, Emirates, Oman - other countries in the Gulf. Which would make sense, if the station was originating from Kuwait. Thanks to @Random Anon for translating this piece, which supports Kuwait origin of this signal!
