Superman (1978) Wind Beneath My Wings
Tribute to one of the most famous superhero film in the movies history, Superman also known as Superman-The Movie. Directed by Richard Donner in 1978 and starring Christopher Reeve, Margot Kidder, Marlon Brando, Gene Hackman, Terence Stamp, Ned Beatty, Trevor Howard, Glenn Ford.
It is based on the DC Comics and had three sequels directed by different directors. Superman II and Superman III by Richard Lesters, Superman IV by Sidney J. Furie.
It was nominated for three Academy Awards including Best Film Editing, Best Music (Original Score) and Best Sound Mixing and received a Special Achievement Academy Award for Visual Effects.
