Access Offutt wave by paddling downstream from Anglers, or by walking through the Marsden campground and to the river, following it upstream (right on the path). There are multiple put-in opportunities along this trail.
This video features a day of playboating with lots of good friends. At 5.1, the wave is very forgiving- aspiring whitewater kayakers, stand up paddleboarders, and river surfers all share this fantastic local feature.
