TODAY'S RECIPE IS: Easy breakfast with a slice of bread | Omelette toast | easy and healthy snack
You can make this omelet toast every day for breakfast, it's so easy and delicious. Also if your children don't eat vegetables they will try it this way.
Ingredients
1 egg
Salt 1 pinch
Black pepper to taste
Chopped capsicum 1 tbsp
Chopped green onion 1 tbsp
1 bread slice
Butter 1 tbsp
Cheddar cheese as required
Method
Chop capsicum and green onions.
In a bowl mix egg, salt, black pepper, chopped capsicum, and green onions.
Cut inside of the bread as shown in the video
Heat a pan on medium flame, when butter is melted put bread in a pan and pour the egg mixture inside the bread, put a slice of cheddar cheese, and put the inside of the bread on top of the cheese.
Cook for 3-5 minutes, flip it and cook another side until golden brown.
