This cheese garlic sandwich is unforgettable because it's so delicious and easy to make. It can be a fast dinner.
Ingredients
Butter 2 tbsp
1-2 Garlic clove (minced)
Salt 1 pinch
Chopped parsley ½ tbsp
White bread 2 slices
Mozzarella cheese 1 slice
Cheddar cheese (or gouda) 1 slice
Method
Mix room temperature butter, minced garlic, salt, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
Spread the mixture evenly on one side of the bread slice.
Heat a pan on medium flame, then put the buttered side of bread down.
Put mozzarella and cheddar cheese on the bread then put another piece of bread on the top and spread the remaining butter mixture on it.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook until golden brown then flips the sandwich and again cover with a lid and cook until golden brown.
