How to boost your fps in games
This method actually works! Are your FPS low, while playing a game online? If so, this video is for you! Increase your frames per rate, by tweaking the Registry Editor! The instructions below, will show you the way to do it:
To find your IPv4 address:
1. Go to start menu and right click on it
2. Click on "Command Prompt"
3. Type "ipconfig", find your IPv4 address and keep the Command Prompt open.
To disable the Nagle algorithm:
1. Go to "Windows Search" and type in "regedit"
2. Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/Tcpip/Parameters/Interfaces
3. Open "Interfaces" key and you'll find some keys with no specific names, just letters and numbers
4. Search each one of those keys, until you find a key on the right pane, named "DhcpIPAddress"
5. The value of DhcpIPAddress" key, should be the same with your IPv4 address in Command Prompt. If not, search the other keys, until the value fits the one in IPv4 address in your Command Prompt
6. After you find the correct "DhcpIPAddress" key with the same value as your IPv4 on Command Prompt, right click on the right pane and select "New" - "DWORD". Create 3 "DWORDS" with the names and values below:
TcpAckFrequency 1
TcpDelAckTicks 0
TCPNoDelay 1
6. Close the Registry Editor when you are done, then restart your computer for the changes to be applied
This is it! You are done!
For creating a Registry Backup (optional):
1. Open regedit, click on ''file'' on top left of menu
2. Click ''Export''
3. Give your desired name and save in a safe place
4. Run it anytime, if anything goes wrong
