THE MYSTERIOUS DEATH OF ELISA LAM | HOTEL CECIL | MODERN CRIMES
Elisa Lam, a 21 year old woman planned a trip to L.A., She's travelling alone, she arrived in Los Angeles and visit a zoo park before checking into Cecil Hotel. before the trip she was diagnosed for depression and with bipolar disorder. she took some medication and was doing just fine. when she disappeared the investigators saw the cctv footage which they noticed Elisa Lams unusual behavior, they later realize that Elisa didn't leave the hotel. They search the Cecil hotel and find nothing. The guest later noticed the odd taste of the water from the faucet, when the maintenance later check the tank in the morning they discover Elisa Lam's lifeless body inside the tank. Her death is so mysterious but the LAPD later announce that she died in an accidental drowning, because of her mental issues.
