Former Colonel Russell Williams, terrorized a small community in Tweed Ontario, Canada. He breaks-in into houses and assaulted women, taking photos of them while on gagged and tied in a chair. After assaulting them he then steals lengeries as a trophy. In January 2010 Jessica Lloyd is missing a 27-year-old woman. Police launch a massive search for Jessica, and later caught Russell whos tires match to the tire tracks which have been seen in Jessicas place and a footwear seen in her bedroom window. In the Interrogation Russell Williams, confesses to the crimes, leading to the arrest. Later on the police conducted a search in his house and find a disturbing discovery, a photo of his previous victims mostly his neigbors. And also confess to the murder of Corporal Marie-France Comeau, a 38-year-old bright woman who is posted at CFB Trenton, the same base where Russell was assigned as a former base commander.
Russell Williams is charged and pleads guilty to the double murders of Jessica Elizabeth Lloyd and Corporal Marie-France Comeau. together with the breaking and entering, forcible confinement, and sexual assault of some women in his neighborhood. He was sentenced to two lives in prison without the possibility of parole and another 10 years for the victims of his break-ins and sexual assaults.
Russell’s uniforms were burned, and all his medals were cut into pieces. This was to degrade Russell’s achievements in the military. His Nissan Pathfinder was crushed and scrapped.
