Savannah Leckie was adopted by the couple who happens to be their neighbor, which would turn out to be a normal family. But when the couple got divorced, her mother Tamile meet a new guy and it didn't get along with Savannah. The reason why Tamile send her back to her biological mother. Rebecca Ruud her biological mother accepts Savannah and agreed to take her in. At first the relationship between the two was okay, but when the days goes by Rebecca realize that she isn't ready for her, as she cant work in the farm with Savannah around. One day she called firefighters to extinguished the blaze in her farm located on top of the hill. After the incident Rebecca called the police to report her daughter missing. But an ex-boyfriend of her told police that, he saw Rebecca punish Savannah by rolling into hog pen. Savannah then cut herself and Rebecca pour rubbing alcohol into her wounds as a punishment. She was later being charge by the disappearance of her daughter, even though she denied all allegations. The people who knew and love Savannah knows how and what really happens to her.
