Yes, I did read a very interesting case this week in State versus Joshua Toliver, over in the New Jersey appellate division. A very savvy law firm pulled out a win and that savvy law firm is Sullivan Simon.
Yeah. Uh, we took over a case when an attorney was ill and was not able to finish off an appeal. Uh, we only had a couple of weeks to get the first brief out because we were a little behind the deadline. And we were successful. The appellate division agreed that our client was inappropriately rejected from recovery court and remanded back down to reapply. And I think get into recovery court and thereby avoid what is a five-year jail sentence. Uh, so it's a big win for Sullivan Simon. Congratulations, boom.
