We just got done at the first day of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Bench Bar Conference in Atlantic City, the beautiful Borgata .
What was your favorite CLE course ?
Really like current litigation trends in cryptocurrency. There were obviously some really big cases involving really big players like Sam Bankman Fried, but there's also litigation and issues rising up for smaller players. Realtors, local banks.
Matt, what was your favorite part?
I just saw an excellent presentation about First Amendment rights when they're mixing their employment by a political subdivision and they're posting on Facebook or Instagram.
