Dave. Tell me something you've done for someone that wasn't ghostwriting.
Good question, Matt. Well, you were home this weekend watching the Phils. I was at home this weekend, helping out a client. He called us on Friday and he has a settlement conference early this week and he needed a crib sheet with some notes. With some case law, he could cite to explain why his case was strong and the defense should settle.
So over the course of the weekend, I was able to do a bit of research and get him a little crib sheet so that he can go into that settled settlement conference with case law that he knows is going to get the other side to cave and settle.
