Some may consider this a very dangerous story as it may open your eyes to what's truly important in life...
During my work as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist in Northwood, North London, I found that using the right story or metaphor can convey a lesson or a message that may be otherwise resisted by the conscious mind.
The Mexican Fisherman and the Businessman is one of my favourite tales, so I thought it would be fun to animate it and share it with you here.
As most of my hypnosis sessions centre around anxiety and depression, it is often easy for clients to overlook the things in life they could give more gratitude towards. It is not always easy, but sometimes it is the crack in the dam that gives people some hope.
