IEMT - Integral Eye Movement Therapy - Trauma Treatment (Hypnotherapy in London)
IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) is a therapeutic model that helps weaken old memory imprints that may lead to negative emotions.
After completing my Integral Eye Movement Therapy training I was interviewed by IEMT trainer Matt Kendell about what I had learned, and how I will apply Integral Eye Movement Therapy to my practice.
Integral Eye Movement Therapy is a therapy developed by Andy Austin which works by re-imprinting troublesome memories through lateral eye movements.
