On July 31st, 2015, we sat down to do a live voice recording session for the Peter & Company pilot episode. This session was streamed via Tigerdile:

Those in attendance:
Jonathan Ponikvar - Creator and co-writer of P&C, Voice of Peter
Whitney Ponikvar - Co-Writer of P&C, Voice of Whitney
Christopher Wade - Director of Spark-Flow Studios, Voice of Seth
Serena Henderson - Chris' fiance, sitting in for Chelsea's voice
What you'll see in this video is a good preview of what we have planned for the pilot episode. We do a dry reading of the first half of the script, make notes on some script changes, discuss the voice auditions from last year (and specifics in regards to which characters will be in the pilot), and make some of our first recordings for actual lines in the pilot.
Note: At this point, the voice actor for Chelsea has not been officially cast. Serena's performance here is a preliminary take on the character and may not be indicative of how Chelsea appears in the final pilot.
Also, a note on voice casting, which we talk about in the video: Last year we held auditions in June for a full cast listing for P&C. As a result, we received a flood of submissions -- well over 300 individual recordings, with many actors trying out for multiple parts. Due to real-life hiccups that occurred towards the end of last year that caused the P&C pilot team to slow down in our progress, we are still in the process of reviewing and contacting folks who sent in auditions last summer. We also have had to change the scope of the audition reviews to match our immediate needs for the pilot, specifically in terms of the only characters that will have speaking roles: Chelsea and Korgar (there will be other main characters who appear, but will not have spoken lines). As such, casting decisions for the rest of the cast will be delayed until once the series is picked up for a full first season. We will be making a second call for voices when that happens, but if you have already submitted an audition, we are saving it so you will not need to audition again! :)
