Another piece of software that our studio uses is Mocha Pro by BorisFX.
Mocha is a powerful rotoscoping tool that integrates into your workflow. Most 360 video projects will require some cutting out and patching of various things that cross the seam lines between cameras. Mocha Pro has built in support for cutting out and tracking elements in Stereoscopic 360 (3D 360) saving a lot of time when trying to create perfect stitching.
While this is not a free plugin, we find it to be an essential part of our professional post production workflow.
