"Alright. You will each pick three primaries and one secondary. Your secondary will be your top person directly next in your chain of command. They will remain here and stand in to assume your command here at the camp because you are about to go on the road. All of us are about to get new temporary identification of our choosing but make it normal. I'll have Damont seed enough databases to make it too difficult to verify quickly so the lack of time is on our side. Stamp out the appropriately formatted dog tags and lace them in your boots. Any with long hair needs to quickly get a military regulation cut. Have some completely clean shaven but some with a three to seven day shadow. Dirty the uniforms and boots and ensure that some of you have some small tears. Basically, I want you to look like you are coming in directly from the field. Time will be close but Tweaker informs me that they will have the four commo field alterations complete but even if all are not complete your mission will still go forward--it will just be modified. We will keep one setup here in the tent until or unless we have the opportunity to build more. Each humvee will have one commander and three men, and one modified commo unit for delivery. Michaelson will head toward SolarOracle, Jameson will head toward a checkpoint to join up with RadiantOrb. Collins and his team will go to LightBeam. You are only to have sidearms--no rifles. Expect almost near immediate arrest or detainment. Although, each of your men will have their new ID's memorized ONLY the commanders are to engage with their commanders. Inform your troops that if they are questioned to defer to the commanders. Each commander will have a complete packet of documentation and pictures absent location identifying information, instructions and schematics of any alterations etc. Tactical plans and other secure and sensitive information will not be included. We have to absolutely make them situationally aware, go dark and switch to the modified setup until we gain the arena. Once brought up, each commander and their counterpart will initiate the coordination. They must go as dark as possible and only then will Damont remove the broadcast blackout and switch to jamming in the northeast, east and southeast sectors on higher frequencies. Understood so far?"
