Description: This tutorial will overview a Web Image Processing Pipeline (WIPP) platform for running Findable Accessible Interoperable and Reusable (FAIR) container-based scientific workflows. The tutorial will present examples of biomedical use cases and URL pointers to deploying WIPP platform and WIPP plugin registry with existing tools for large scale image analyses. The presentation will include demonstrations focused on building FAIR containerized algorithms, registering them in WIPP and in WIPP plugin registry, chaining them into computational workflows, running workflows, monitoring workflow executions, and visually exploring large scale images.
