Intro to CellProfiler Analyst (2022)
In this tutorial aimed at beginners, we introduce you to CellProfiler Analyst, open-source image data exploration software created by the Cimini lab at the Broad Institute. We'll walk you through the basics of how to use CellProfiler Analyst to examine your image data and quantify translocation of a marker to the nucleus using a machine learning classifier.
