Introduction to ImageJ Workshop - I2K 2022
The Introduction to ImageJ workshop is targeted towards those just getting started with the ImageJ/Fiji user application. Topics include: defining the ImageJ Ecosystem, introducing the Scientific Community Image Forum (https://forum.image.sc/), going over basics of using the platform, including opening images, navigating images, basic measurements, drawing ROIs, etc., and finally, covering key image analysis plugins/tools.
