vedo (vedo.embl.es) is a python library for scientific analysis and visualization of three-dimensional datasets. The module is useful for the analysis of any type of data having spatial and/or temporal structure, like point clouds, polygonal meshes, tetrahedral meshes and volumetric datasets like tiff stacks. Vedo focuses on simplicity and intuitiveness of usage and allows the user to easily create publication-quality renderings and animations. In this workshop we present a variety of examples to illustrate its capabilities and real-world analysis applications.
