Solar Eclipse 2024 - Morrilton, Arkansas 4-8-24
The Solar Eclipse of 2024 is one of the great events to behold in the 21st century.
RadarBusters travelled to Morrilton, AR to witness, photograph, and video the celestial event on April 8, 2024.
We had number of potential destinations booked including Del Rio, San Antonio, Waco, Dallas, Texarkana, and Little Rock, AR.
We diligently reversed storm chased, along the solar ecplise's path of totality, to where we felt we had the best shot at clear skies.
Our gamble paid off and we were awarded an unobstructed view of both the partial phases and the total solar eclipse.
We shot the solar eclipse with three Nikon cameras: Nikon D850, Nikon Z50, Nikon Z7 II each fitted with a 600mm telephoto lens.
