Ingredients:
1pc red apple, finely chopped
½ onion, finely chopped
1pc green pepper, finely chopped
2pc carrots, peeled and grated
2 sticks of celery, finely chopped
1½ lbs white cabbage, finely chopped
3 tbsp mayonnaise
½ pint sour cream
Salt and pepper
1 tsp caster sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Method:
1. Mix the apple, onion, green pepper, carrots, celery and white cabbage together
2. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper, caster sugar and lemon juice
3. Blend the mayonnaise mixture with the vegetable mixture
