INGREDIENTS:-

For Rice Preparation:-
Rice - 1 cup
Toor daal - 1/2 cup
Oil - 3 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad daal - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli - 2
Green chilli - 2
Curry leaves - some
Garlic - 8
Shallots - 1 cup
Tomatoes - 2
Crystal salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kulambu milagai powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Water - 3 cups
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Grated coconut - 1/4 tsp
Some curry leaves & coriander leaves
Coconut oil - 1 tsp

For Potato Fry:-
Potato - 1
Brinjal - 2
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad daal - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli - 3
Some curry leaves
Kulambu milagai powder - 3/4 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
