How To Store Collard Greens | Easy Kitchen Tip 52
Family, I know I've said this a million times in my videos all over social media but I needed to include this into the kitchen tips. Please allow your vegetables to dry completely before you store them away.
The process is to wash in baking soda and vinegar, spin in a salad spinner and yes you need a salad spinner. Lay out vegetables on the counter or sheet pan to dry completely because they will still have some liquid on them after you spin them.
Then roll them in a paper towel and store in ziploc bags or airtight containers. They will keep for weeks if they are completely dry. Love ya!
