Deskercise anyone? It's not exactly a word but it's getting more popular and it means to do exercise while at your desk. We're not talking "Joe Wicks push hard and perspire all over your workstation" type of exercise. We mean simple, yet done persistently over time, very effective exercises that will help YOU while working at your desk.

As said in the video repetitions and sets of each exercise should be done to your own ability but as a guide we would suggest the follow for each exercise:

Repetitions: 8-12
Sets: 3-4 per day
Frequency of all exercises: 2-3 per week
