Delata Serye - Corned Beef Caldereta - Twelve Ten Kitchen
Corned Beef Caldereta
Ingredients
1 can Delimondo caldereta corned beef
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 pc small red onion
1 pc small red bell pepper
1 pc small carrot
2 pcs small potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat pan to medium-low heat then add cooking oil to the pan.
2. Add in the garlic and cook until fragrant then add the red onion.
3. Add potatoes then carrots. Saute until both are cooked.
4. Pour in Delimondo caldereta corned beef. Saute it in a medium heat and season with a pinch of salt and a few cracks or pepper.
5. Serve with hot rice. Enjoy! :)
