What we do then is to take a given piece of audio and split it down the middle. The first part is the A and the second part is the B. We then put the B clip before the A clip and do a cross fade to which sounds seamless. Usually shorter crossfades work fine. When this clip loops around you are repeating at a point that is at the mid point of the audio.
