Sasha - inFAMOUS Conduit Stories
This is Conduit Stories Episode 2. In this episode we go over Sasha and her story. Be sure to read the description because their is a lot more stuff about that the video can't show and it explains her journey, powers, etc. more in depth.

"I'm now tasked with protecting a woman named Sasha. She's supposedly researching mind-control techniques. Something with a spray or a gel. My guts tell me she's a honey pot, so I'll have to be careful around her." -John White
Originally, Sasha was a mentalist and scientist who worked for Kessler and the First Sons. During her time with the First Sons, Sasha began researching mind-control techniques and developed a spray or gel-like substance, an early prototype of the Black Tar. John White also posited that she was a "honey pot", a type of agent who seduces others to extract information from them. Sasha eventually began a romantic relationship with Kessler, but it appeared to be largely legitimate. Sasha, however, expressed her frustration, often commenting that Kessler was not doing as he was told or why he was so different. Despite her relationship with Kessler, Sasha had John White escort her out of the Historic District to the Warren to meet an elderly man, most likely Alden Tate, and ordered John not to tell anyone. Eventually, Sasha was expelled from the First Sons after a public argument with Kessler. After Sasha physically attacked Kessler, John White was tasked with escorting her out of the premises. Before she left, Sasha looked at John and said that they were all going to die by her hands. After that, she left the First Sons and began using drugs.After the Empire City Blast, Sasha, who possessed the Conduit gene, experienced an increase in her Conduit abilities, and was among the numerous individuals who began their ascendance to power thereafter. She seized control of the Neon District by establishing the Reapers, a faction that initially appeared to consist of drug dealers and criminals. However, the faction soon evolved into a formidable gang and resorted to force to acquire their needs.
Eventually, the mind-control agent that Sasha collaborated on with the First Sons was subsequently transformed into tar. Sasha enlisted the aid of civilians and sprayed them with her tar, subsequently bringing them under her control and directing them to adhere to her directives. Due to the black tar being regarded as a plague-like ailment, the Reapers who were exposed to it developed a mental connection with Sasha. Through this, Sasha gave her instructions.
Sasha was the source of the tar and was capable of producing it organically by extracting it from her own body through the use of attached tubes. She was capable of disseminating the tar in a manner akin to a scourge, by infecting the rooftop water supplies of the town. The sole individual who appeared to be capable of resisting the adverse effects of black tar was conduit Cole MacGrath, who, instead of being subjected to its mind-controlling effects, experienced a state of daze, phasing out, intermittent hallucinations, and was unable to walk properly. Sasha, who had misidentified Cole with Kessler, initiated communication with Cole during these bouts. She constantly taunted Cole with twisted insults. Despite this, Sasha also began to assert her affection towards Cole, particularly displaying a strong sense of animosity and rage towards Trish Dailey. Nonetheless, Sasha persisted in leading the Reapers and abducting numerous civilians.
"You don't know, do you? Of course not, how could you?! But you'll find out soon enough. And oh how you'll weep!"
Cole eventually finds her in the Jefferson tunnel and defeats her. Before he can finish her or get her to talk the First Sons ahow up and extracted Sasha to keep her as a prisoner for her betrayal. When captured by the First Sons, Sasha was put through many forms of torture by them, and soon they took the tar substance from Sasha's body, and used it to produce a toxic mind-controlling gas to scatter over Empire City via air balloons.
After Kessler was defeated, Sasha escaped only to get captured by Moya and DARPA so they can get to Cole. Shortly after Moya captured Cole, Sasha broke out of confinement, and made her way to free Cole, declaring her love for him as she kissed him.
"I know how much you love me, Cole. I can feel it."
After Sasha escaped as well it is UNKNOWN what happened to her in both concurrent timelines. In canon, we don't know if she died through the RFI activation or in the alternate timeline if she reunites with Cole who now has the alias as 'The Beast'.
"...You don't know love - not true love. But I will teach you...And then, the bastard will realize what he's lost!"
