Hey friend, my name is Tonia and like a caterpillar to a butterfly I help people METAMORPHOSIZE their diets and lifestyles to be plant based!
In this video I share a vegan response to the amazing Jessica Alexandria of BehatiLife and explain what exactly has been rubbing me the wrong way.
This message is not meant as an attack, but is a sincere outcry from a behati vibe tribe member (who LOVES JESS) for GROWTH in our community.

And let's not forget there are lots of cold, hard realities that the industrial animal agriculture system doesn't want you to know!
It's up to US to be the change we wish to see in the world, or simply stated... it will never happen.

What a powerful statement, full of TRUTH. And it couldn't apply any less to the farming and consumption of animals and their products. But I've got good news... YOU DON'T HAVE TO PARTICIPATE in this cruel system.
We go in to the true, ugly depths of the animal ag system while bringing a sense of humor to the party.
