How Good was Liam Lawson's F1 Debut?
As debut's go in F1, not many, if any, have had it tougher than Liam Lawson. Daniel Ricciardo's crash in practice that left him with a broken metacarpal, meant Lawson was unexpectedly thrown in at the deep end. With no previous milage in the car, limited experience of the circuit and unpredictable conditions, he couldn't have faced a more challenging first outing. But his performance at Zandvoort underlined why he is a hot prospect for the future and will surely find himself on the grid full-time as Red Bull's latest junior graduate sooner rather than later.
