Was Ricciardo Leaving Red Bull a Mistake?
Following the announcement that Daniel Ricciardo is out of the RB seat for the remainder of the season and likely out of F1 for good, I am taking a trip back to the moment that will more than likely define his career: when he left Red Bull for Renault. Given he never drove a front-running car again, it is generally looked upon as a big mistake. But was it? Was Ricciardo, actually, right to make the switch at the time?
