Part 4 of our Kata-guruma series is a short video showing how to incorporate a variation of loop choke by using a Kata-guruma entry. Be careful with your training partners regarding this technique as the strangle is highly effective and comes on very quickly.
I also like the hand/head positioning when I complete the throw for applying the rear cross lapel strangle.
