O-soto-gari, O-soto-otoshi, and O-soto-guruma are often easily confused for one another because they are similar appearance. In this video we discuss and demonstrate the differences/similarities of the three throws.
The versions I am demonstrating in this video are in an upright Judo posture, but all of these throws can also be applied vs the lower and wider stance of BJJ.
