The single-arm bodyweight row is one of the most effective calisthenics exercises for building your back, biceps, and grip strength. Here are my top tips to help you set up and make gains with this old-school strength exercise.
SAR Micro Workout:
Warm up with 2 sets of 10-12 table bridges or single-leg table bridges.
Perform single-arm rows for 10, 8, 6, and 4,2 reps on each arm with minimal rest between arms.
Optional finisher: as many 2-arm rows as you can do in 30 seconds.
