1. Obtain Acronis Disk Director trial from here - https://www.acronis.com/en-us/persona...
2. Install and launch the program.
3. Right click in small partition and move the partition towards the very end of the disk.
4. Commit changes.
5. Open Windows Disk Management tool and extend volume C:
