Painting Water and Trees with Pastel - Soft and Dreamy Landscape
In this video I demonstrate how I painted a soft, dreamy landscape using soft pastels. I started out with a three-value underpainting (three different shades of pink), and blended that with a piece of foam pipe insulation. Next, I used acrylic inks to add another layer to the underpainting. Once that dried, it was time to play with soft pastels!
Supplies used:
*UArt 400 sanded paper
*Liquitex acrylic inks
*Synthetic paintbrush
*Soft pastels (various brands)
*Foam pipe insulation
