In this video I demonstrate how to paint a beach/ocean with sand dunes in soft pastels using a complementary color underpainting with isopropyl alcohol on sanded paper.
Supplies used:
*Fisher 400 sanded paper
*Isopropyl alcohol
*Synthetic flat brush
*Prismacolor NuPastels (hard pastels)
*Soft Pastels (Terry Ludwig, Great American, Unison, RIcheson, Rembrandt)
