This youth basketball warm up exercise is called the kick ahead passing drill.

The drill is designed to help players pass a basketball over a longer distance; it allows you to work on different passes, fitness, pass accuracy and also catching and communication.

Be sure to check out our other FUN Basketball Games for kids' playlist for the full versions and additional demonstration and ideas on how to modify the drills for more advanced players.
