New PROOF of Source2 Update for CS!... Dropping TODAY? THIS WEEK?
Source2 for Counter-Strike/CSGO is coming soon! Unfortunately, I've got some killer CSGO projects in the work that Source2 will absolutely break 😭 (check them out below)
The SteamDB Change Log for CSGO has had some significant changes to the depots reserved for Source2's CSGO. It is believed that this evidence of developers beginning to push the code for a Developer Only Branch of the CS:Source2 Branch. At this phase in development (for 99.9% of developers), the real testing needed to fine-tune the play is far past completed. These code pushes signal that the beta is ready for mass distribution.

I think we may see Source2 as soon as this week! Want a bold guess? How about 3/14/23 or a 03/16/23 drop date? I'll probably be wrong on that; but, at this point, it's funny to wager a guess!
CS:Source 2 will have bugs and Valve will hold back on some of the goodies for the beta; but, this is great for the future of CS! Hype train for real.
