The Isle of Islay
The islands of the Inner Hebrides are stunning in many ways. Some have Caribbean white beaches and others like Islay are studded with distilleries. Islay is over two hours sailing so feels like a mini adventure when you catch the 7am ferry and the sea is like glass! What an amazing day, choose to visit any of the nine distilleries and you will love it. The combination of a gentle ferry crossing while enjoying a surprisingly good breakfast, biking and visiting different whisky producers is perfection!
