Chocolate covered peanut butter dates 👌
Allow me to give you few tips to make them perfect.
• Dilute the chocolate with olive oil to make it thinner. Thinner consistency makes it easier to work with, however if you prefer thicker chocolate shell on your candy then skip this step.
•Chilled or even freeze dates before dipping into chocolate. Chocolate will set faster on cold dates and will minimize the drips.
• Dates are naturally very sweet! I like to use 100% dark chocolate. The bitterness from chocolate will complete the sweet dates.
• Taste best when served cold. Store them in the fridge.
