Let me start off by saying that this is the best brown sugar pecan ice cream I have ever tried! It`s so creamy, the balanced flavors of salty and sweet with nutty pecans are perfect.
I want to have full control over the ingredients, flavors, and sweetness level. With a quality ice cream machine, it is easy to do so.

1 1/4 cup milk
1 1/4 cream
4 eggs yolks
1/2 cup brown sugar (can be substitute for maple syrup)
1/8 tsp salt
