Snowman Macarons ⛄️
I recommend to measure in grams as for each egg will very in size ❄️
Ingredients:
140 grams almond flour ( I use Costco brand)
115 grams powdered sugar ( try to get one without corn starch. Look for tropical starch instead)
100 grams egg whites
110 grams sugar (I like to use blender to make it smaller)
Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp water
color
Filling:
1 cup white chocolate chips
8 oz cream cheese
1-2 tbsp milk
