Ingredients
Curry leaves from 15 strands
Urid dhal a handful
Green chillies -3
Ginger-1 inch
Coconut pieces -5
Tamarind- a small ball size
salt as required
Method
Fry the dhal in 1 tb sp of oil and add all the other ingredients and saute well.Cool it and grind in mixie to a course powder.Serve with hot rice and ghee.
A tasty and healthy curry leaves powder rice is ready.
