Ingredients
Turnip-3
tomato-2
Green chilli -2
Red chilli -2
curry leaves few
Turmeric powder -1/2 t sp
salt as required
Gingilee oil-1 tb sp
pepper -1/2 t sp
jeera-1/2 t sp
mustard -1/2 t sp
asafoetida -1/2 t sp.


Method
Remove the skin of turnips and grind to a fine paste.
If necessary filter the paste and extract pure liquid.
Crush pepper jeera and two tomatos.Add to the turnip liquid.To hot gingilee oil add mustard asafoetida chillies and saute.Then add to the turnip mixture.Add turmeric powder and salt and allow it to boil in low flame till the raw smell of turnip goes.Close the lid and serve hot.Garnish with curry leaves.
